Eighties!... I'm living in the eighties!

Here's another print I have debuting at San Diego Comicon this year, this time over at Gallery 1988's booth #1117. Wanted to do an alphabet of things that maybe weren't the most popular things from that radical decade, but definitely memorable things for myself.

18"x24" 5-color screenprint on cougar natural 100c
Numbered Edition of 80

Who do you think you are, Catfish Hunter?

Did this piece for the "We Made Them Do It" show, available over at Gallery 1988. The theme of the show was artists were asked to do art based off of not-so-mainstream properties, ones that you don't see often or ever thought of inspiring a piece of artwork. I was asked to do something based off the 1976 classic "Bad News Bears", this was one of my favs to watch growing up so it was a real treat.

If I can hand it in tomorrow, it'll be all right!

This is a print I did for LTD Gallery's Saturday Morning show which opens this Friday, July 19th. The theme of the show art inspired by a time when as a kid you'd sit in front of the TV, Saturday mornings, in your Spider-man pajamas with a bowl of Cookie Crisp, watching episodes of Turbo Teen.  The show will feature over 50 different artists and runs til August 24th.
