A galaxy far, far away....

One of my favorite things my entire life has been Star Wars. I grew up with it, saw them in the theater as a kid, had just about every action figure, bed sheets, clothes, etc. I use to draw epic battle scenes of tie fighters, x-wings & star destroyers. If ever I got the chance to travel back in time and tell my 5 year old self that one day you'll create an officially licensed piece of art for Star Wars, I think my head would explode like the Death Star.

And here is what I came up with...

A New Hope
Size: 12x36
Medium: 6-color screenprint on Cougar Natural 100 Cover
Edition Size: 250 signed and numbered
Price: $50.00

This piece will be released tomorrow Feb 14th at a random time at Dark Ink Art, part of Acme Archives Direct. Follow them on Twitter and Facebook to find out when they drop. So tomorrow, don't waste money on flowers or a heart shaped box of Wookie cookies, this is the ultimate valentine for the geeky nerf herder in your life.

I hear you're looking for Candyman...

Here's a poster I did for a screening tonight 2/1 of Candyman at the Colonial Theatre, in Phoenixville, PA, as part of their First Friday Fright Night. It's got a hook, it's got bees and it's got Virginia Madsen...who could ask for anything more. Tried to do something a little more "dark" instead of my usually whimsy...
